Overview

The Communications Consultant will support the Program and Communications Manager develop strategic communications products for the CRA program. This position will report to the Program and Communications Manager, and CRA’s senior management team.

Scope of Work

• Visit field activities to collect, synthesize, and create different kinds of Comms products, such as but not limited to:
• Beneficiary stories portfolio
• Cluster one pagers
• Learning and success documents
• Programming guides for partners
• Create other knowledge resources for staff and partners
• Other tasks assigned by program’s senior management

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Education in Conflict/Peace Studies, Journalism, Communications, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a similar field highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in communications of development activities or in a related role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Relevant experience working on USAID contract in a related role highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
• Strong skills in graphic designing, photography, and/or infographics highly preferred
• English and Urdu language fluency required. Punjabi/Sindhi language highly preferred.
