Job Description: |
- Responsible for dealing with incoming clients.
- Prepare quotations and payment receipts to process retail orders, Invoicing and generation of GDOs.
- Follow-up on the clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Arrange initial site visit with client. Visit the clients’ sites for meeting (if required).
- Receive token money from client against proposal and plan layout.
- Make all initial and final documents of orders and maintain the client file.
- Send complete detail of order to design department.
- Follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, orders and for timely revisions.
- Follow up with the Accounts department for GDR, and ledger of customers.
- Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
