Job Description: |
OSC Events is looking for an experienced Frond Desk Officer for its Lahore Head Office.
Primary responsibilities
- Handling front office reception
- Greeting guests and offering them a beverage,
- Answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Arrange appointments.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
