Job Description:

OSC Events is looking for an experienced Frond Desk Officer for its Lahore Head Office.

Primary responsibilities

  • Handling front office reception
  • Greeting guests and offering them a beverage,
  • Answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Hand out employee applications.
  • Arrange appointments.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Update appointment calendars.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments.
