General Objectives:
To support the implementation of activities and tools related to staff development in MSF Karachi project: induction, development assessments and plans (backup/logbook), evaluation, and trainings. Plays an active role in the implementation of Learning and Development (LnD) strategy at project level. Provides active support to (expat and national) staff regarding the use of LnD tools and the implementation of LnD activities in the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and follow up of LnD policies
- Responsible to ensure preparation and implementation of the induction programs for all newly recruited staff
- Follow up on the internal and external local and international trainings, providing administrative and logistical support, identifying local training providers, facilitating an delivering training of trainers/workshops
- Ensure that learning assessment and development/back up plan policies are shared and understood in all departments
- Provide support to line managers with implementation of performance plans and evaluations
- Is the focal point for LnD database follow up and reporting
This is a part-time position (50%)
