| Job Description: |
- Perform defined tasks per documented instructions/processes.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
- Create a workflow to manage company documents, ensure that all documents are up to date.
- Progress reporting on the document's status / maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Discover/identify bugs within the software and make a proper report to the respective person.
- Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.
- Record information such as computer operating time, problems that occurred, and actions are taken.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems that are reported.
- Report any problems or malfunctions to the person in charge.
- Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program.
- Keeps technology skills up-to-date. This includes training on new equipment and software, learning new or modified procedures and reading technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Very good command on English reading and writing.
