Job Description: |
- Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward
- Experience working Seek to promote the value of the product and products with the brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Product sourcing, processing & dispatching
- Vendor management and issues
- Complete inventory management (LHR, ISB and KHI – retailers also)
- Exchange, refunds & returns for the product
- Complete order process file up-dation
- Sales order management
- Social Media queries
- Whatsapp management
- Zendesk chats
- Reporting to finance for orders /stock reports
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Make sure all the content is delivered on time
- Continuously discover and implement new technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Any additional work assigned by the management must be completed within the specific time limit
