Job Description: |
- Responsible for overall company’s branding & product image strategies by analyzing market, consumer & competitor trends (new/existing).
- Prepare annual branding plans, create a calendar of campaigns and events, set the marketing budget (ensure high ROI) - monthly & quarterly, and analyse the market and competitors.
- Keep a track of industry insights to develop and align brand keys and help advertisers develop business goals by acting as the liaison between key accounts and internal teams.
- Develop custom brand management plans for each product development and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month.
- Assist in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays.
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
- Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
- Managing all PR campaigns, JV & Collabs for SS & XK.
- Managing Product shoots/DVC shoots/TVC shoots, Videos & portfolios.
- Manage and refine the organizations' overall branding & positioning/personality.
- Help HOD in managing and measuring marketing campaign costs (events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) and attend trade shows and cultivate business contacts.
- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organizations' databases and external data.
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials.
- ATL/BTL/TTL & Trade Marketing activities of the products through daily liaison.
- Support HOD in coordination all media contact and ensure that the company consistently gets print and digital coverage.
- Work closely with HOD and PR team to ensure that campaigns are staying on track and being received well by the public.
- Building branding campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
- Develop deep understanding of the category and consumers.
- Taking Care of All SKU’s Designs, Packaging & POSM material.
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term 2
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Contribute to development and execution of strong, functionally defined brand plans.
- Track and monitor performance, health and strategic alignment.
- Understands business impact of marketing and trade investment of his/her brand and ensure that necessary changes are made to deliver top line targets.
- Develops a deep understanding of the category and consumers, helps develop the consumer portrait and category drivers.
- The incumbent is responsible to delight target consumer, build: story brand and ensure the delivery of top line.
