• The candidate for this position will work with Insulation Tape division of Sales Department and excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
• By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• To deliver organization’s short and long term sales objectives of Adhesive in North Region along with business development of the industrial adhesives segment and new business opportunities.
• The RSM is responsible for insulation tape portfolio as well as managing sales of trading products including but not limited to hot melts, paint binders etc.
• The incumbent is responsible for segment performance related to adhesives in Punjab and KPK and is responsible for leading a dedicated team of ASP’s and SP’s to manage business operations
