ATRULE is hiring HR/Operations Manager

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable expertise with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Your job duties may include

Recruitment

  • Post jobs for open positions
  • Shortlist candidates
  • Establish communication, schedule, and conduct interviews with the department heads
  • Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
  • Keep recruitment active throughout the year

HR Documents

  • Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
  • Maintain company HR documents
  • Updating templates for company HR documents as needed

General

  • Weekly reports on employee status to management
  • Monthly reports on HR-related changes, activities to the executive team
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
