Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable expertise with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Your job duties may include
Recruitment
- Post jobs for open positions
- Shortlist candidates
- Establish communication, schedule, and conduct interviews with the department heads
- Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
- Keep recruitment active throughout the year
HR Documents
- Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
- Maintain company HR documents
- Updating templates for company HR documents as needed
General
- Weekly reports on employee status to management
- Monthly reports on HR-related changes, activities to the executive team
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
