Job Description: |
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company (e.g. technology stack, specialties, etc.).
- Extracting leads and procuring new clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn, online freelancing platforms (e.g. Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, etc.).
- Researching prospective clients to learn about their products and services.
- Understanding & conveying complex project requirements to the technical team.
- Connecting new clients with the technical team and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of mutual interest to clients and our company.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to specify scope of work.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and collaborating with the technical team for implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Communicating with clients and technical team to resolve any project or contract related issues.
- Maintaining official profiles, prospect records, etc. in the CRM.
