Venus Food Services Ltd is hiring suitable candidates for the position of Retail Sales Executive.
- Ideal candidate must be Graduate in Sales & Marketing having experience 2 to 3 years of relevant retail industry experience.
will be as follows:
- Greet and direct customers.
- Develop new customers.
- Order taking and its execution
- Responsible for Collection and Recovery
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- daily visit to ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
