We are hiring for the post of Art & Creative Content Manager who will be responsible for creative concepts development for makeup, beauty and personal care products and brands. The manager will be responsible for development of creative content for social media networks, photography and styling of products and online makeup demonstration videos and content development strategy & implementation. 

Responsibilities

• Branding and Communication design and development.
• Social Media Profile management and creative content development
• Makeup and Personal Care videos and demonstration content development, how to videos, reviews, social media collaborations with influencers and developing creative strategy for new collection development and translating visuals into beauty packaging and retail POSM.
• Merchandising creative concepts
• Packaging designs, logos, branding and visualizations 
• Assigning tasks for team members for content development and creatives and preparing budgets for outsourced worked.
• The job allows flexibility for the manager to work from home and office depending on schedules and management requirements for daily and weekly meetings, project management will be done online and the responsibility of the manager to track development and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Candidate must have their own system capable of creative development requirements if they are working from home.
• Upto maximum 50% off the work hours can be spent on remote working.
