Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Arranging appointments and meetings, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Performs any other work assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk representative for at least less than a year.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Well-groomed.
