| Job Description: |
We are looking for energetic & confident 2x representatives (preferably female) to contribute in our company sales, marketing & maintaining good customer relationships. The representative must be an excellent English correspondent and have grander people assistance. They must be comfortable presenting products or services as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
Requirements
- Ability to define/describe about products and services to clients, fluent English, Cool-tempered, good negotiation skills to resolve problems and objections.
