We are looking for an Experienced, Dedicated and Passionate Sales Manager, who can generate sales and meet the Monthly Sales Targets and Contribute to the Company’s Growth. The ideal candidate should be responsible for:

SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the overall sales team
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• The candidate is required for Closing and Client Services.
• Generating Sales leads
• Assessing and identifying customers need and satisfaction.
• Selling different IT products via direct sales.
• Advanced product knowledge of digital marketing / IT Solutions
• Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up task
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
• Experience: 4-5 Years

Requirements:

• Education: A/O/Bachelor/ Master’s Degree
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Detail-oriented and customer focused
• Good at direct marketing & selling skills
• A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills
• British / Canadian Accent is a MUST.
