- The role offered by the company entails:
- The candidate is required for Fronting and Client Services.
- Fluent in speaking English, Ability to work in night shift
- Must be punctual, hard-working & self-motivated.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
- Required to take Sales and Escalation calls from the agents.
- Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
