This role is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and advertising and selling our company's products to interior designers and individuals. The sales and marketing manager's day-to-day responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, promotional emails and implementing the company’s marketing strategy and plan, and meeting with interior designing firms and individual clients to generate and increase company sales. 

Responsibilities 

• Promote the company's current product lines and introduce new products to existing and potential clients.
• Proactively find and meet with potential clients to market Konnekted Root’s designs and product lines and generate sales to meet the company’s marketing goals and yearly sales targets. 
• Create the sales pipeline targeting the Pakistani market and implement new sales plans and digital advertising.
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing and sales opportunities. 
• Work with the Konnekted Roots partners to define, execute, and refine the marketing and sales process. 
• Research and develop marketing opportunities, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and provide insights to improve the company’s marketing efforts and competitive positioning.
• Regularly coordinate with the social media marketing team to stay up to date on Konnekted Roots’ online marketing and promotion campaigns and introduce those to existing and potential clients through email marketing. 
• Maintain a client list for the company in digital form, create promotional emails, and engage clients through email marketing.
• Stay up to date on job knowledge by attending relevant industry trade shows, exhibitions, and keeping a personal and professional network. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications 

To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have 

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Ability to achieve sales target 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Can-do attitude and comfortable to present new ideas
