| Job Description: |
- Finance business for all functions including commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, IT and Finance
- Responsible for Financial planning of all group companies
- Developing functional dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Supporting functional heads by sharing financial and non-financial data to drive performance excellence
- KPI development, monitoring, and reporting - dashboards
- Leading the annual budgeting & forecasting process
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation
- Preparing financial feasibilities
- Pricing, promotions, store expansion, marketing, promotions, special projects and new investments
- Driving Net Revenue improvement
- Dilution/ discount monitoring and management
- Post implementation reviews
- Developing and training talent within the Finance function
