We are looking for a competent sales representative that is excellent at developing relationships, persuading, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Objectives

• Excellent sales and real estate knowledge and understanding.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate and convert leads and build relationships, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
• Actively look for new sales prospects by networking and cold calling.
• Maintain client relationships by offering assistance, advice, and information, as well as by researching and suggesting new prospects.
• Conduct market research to discover new opportunities for selling and assess client requirements.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Organize and offer appropriate presentations.
• As appropriate, work with management to find solutions to consumer issues
• Strictly adhere to the organization's rules and policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Outstanding communication skills.
• 1 year of Proven Expertise exceeding targets as a sales professional.
• Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
• Quick learner with passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Interpersonal Competencies. 

Candidates must own an officially registered sim with credit

Salary: 25k - 45k + commission
