| Job Description: |
- Managing Inbound/Outbound calls (Messages)
- Generating sales leads from Social Media queries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and help them buy suitable products
- Increasing the conversion rate (Social Media Campaigns)
- Coordination with internal departments (VMT/Finance/IT) in order to solve customer queries
- Follow up calls/emails/ social media messaging
- Keep records of customers/Sellers’ interactions on Zendesk by creating new tickets
- Maintain the data for recorded calls
- Take the extra mile to engage customers (Day to day campaigns, app installation, surveys, assistance in order placement etc.)
- Customer education (Social Media/Inbound Outbound calls)
