After that we will keep you on our list for training. 

When we call you, that means we already have a client who is waiting to work with you in two weeks from the time of our call. 

If you are still available to work to train and work full-time at that point, you will start our 2 weeks intense training immediately.

If you pass the final assessment after two weeks, you will be assigned to the client right away.

You will be compensated Rs. 25,000 for the 2 weeks completed training, which will be paid with your first paycheck from your client.

 Here are some of the basic requirements for our VA candidates:

• Be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be computer literate
• Own a late model computer and headset
• Must have reliable electricity/power service provider
• Must have reliable internet service
• Must be free to train for 2 weeks straight, 8 hours/day
• Be able to work fixed day or night shifts when hired
• Must have comfortable, noise free work environment
