PNY Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Manager to support the day-to-day HR operations of the company. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and learn how to contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientation sessions
• Support HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct research on HR topics as assigned by the HR Manager
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Prior HR experience or knowledge of HR principles is a plus
