As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns


• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients


• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients


• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs


• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in software development services


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Willingness to travel as required
