Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should be able o create or handle incoming orders from sales representatives or via mail, telephone, e-mail and online ordering and process as per company policy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills with business knowledge to use multiple sites for on-line dealing and skill to use ticketing system.
• Ability to answer customer enquiries and assist in the provision of information and referral of customers to the appropriate officer to support.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in email in order to provide information about products and services,
• Must have knowledge process orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for required purchasing.
• Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal term.
