| Job Description: |
- To decide the slicing or dividing of pattern as per size and capacity of CNC router machine.
- To add the shrinkage allowance and machining margin on casted parts according to specified material grades and generation of verification report.
- To coordinate and set the pattern design strategies like cope, drag and parting line during designing asper machine and tooling facility.
- Desigining foolproof pattern prior to machining
- To generate the tool path and machining strategies like (roughing, semi finishing and finished cycle as per part complexity and machine parameters.
- To maintain tool library as per requirement of machining operations.
- To maintain the wooden material inventory as per requirement of assigned jobs.
- To ensure the exellence of pattern and its optimization as per standard for easy ejection of piece from the pattern.
