· Recruitment & selection of the appropriate candidates.
· To develop the JD,s & Job spec’s for the specific employees of all the departments
· To develop control for ensuring right sizing and document approval for the approved strength.
· To prepare annual calendar as per TNA/survey of all the employees & training record in individual and separate files.
· Execution of training and its evaluation feedback.
· To verify the salaries and report on HR monthly expense, salaries, O.T & suggest measures to control them.
· To liaison with accounts & EOBI, PESSI, Labor department related matters.
· To review existing policies & make HR policies and keep them in proper file.
· Performance appraisal and audit of employees as per JDs including analysis of work load.
· To address the employees cases regarding discipline and grievances.
· Succession planning
· Employee health, safety, and firefighting.
· Housekeeping and sanitation including measures for dengue.
· Timely licensing for food.
· Medical and life insurance of the employees.
· Employee compensations, benefits, and rewards.
· Preparation of routine letters, memorandums.
