AlQuranClasses is set up to spread the Light of Qur’an among the people with the comfort of their home. The vision is to provide such Online Islamic Environment that can educate people with true learning and understanding of Qur’an along with Quran Tajweed, Arabic Grammar and Dua Memorization. The Focus is to provide services to those people who live in Western Countries or Non-Muslim States where it’s difficult to reach the Mosque or Islamic Centre Daily for the Learning of Qur’an. Our services are especially for Women and Children who want to learn Qur’an but cannot approach a physical place on daily basis. Our Online Qur’an Learning service is just the right choice for them Insha’Allah!

This is a direct-hire remote position. 3rd party agencies, staffing companies, and corp-to-corp candidates will not be considered.

Requirement

·         Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.

·         Must be able to represent the company in a positive way in all times. This calls for optimistic people who aren’t easily upset and who naturally like working with others.

·         Must be energetic, enthusiastic, articulate and client centric along with persuasive style of up selling.

·         Must also be patient and persistent since it is often necessary to establish a relationship with a customer before a successful sale along with adhering to customer retention policy.

·         Typing skills are required because it is often required to input sales data into a CRM while on the telephone with a customer.

·         Must be comfortable making 40 to 60 researched dials per day and speaking with 5 to10 people.

·         Must be able to work with Teachers, Teachers Coordinators and Scheduling Team.

·         Must able to work in Night Shift Full time.
