We have multiple openings for Software Solutions Engineers to design and develop solutions around our software products. This work involves developing various smaller software applications in leading technologies and environments, testing them, publishing their source code for our customers, and writing technical documents and articles about them. The goal is to educate our customers on how to implement various solutions with our products through examples. This job is only for those who are moderately good in programming but have excellent writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn all product features in detail


• Learn existing product architecture in detail


• Learn solutions being created in our market by others


• Learn common customer use cases of our products


• Create sample programs in .NET and Java for customer learning & use


• Write technical articles and documentation around the solutions developed

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Must have an BCS/MCS in computer science or equivalent


• 2+ years of software development experience in .NET or Java


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Excellent writing skills with ability to simplify complex concepts


• Relational databases & SQL expertise is a plus


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on time
