| Job Description: |
§ Picking up & give Response to Each Phone Call and provide required information.
§ Registration of Each Complaint & issuance of complaint number to Customer & Dealer within 3-Minutes.
§ Complaints Distribution to concerned area DSC & ASC within 30-Minutes
§ To make and submit Daily In-Coming & Out-going Calls Summary at each day end.
§ To Collect Scan Copy of Original Warranty Card from Each Dealer, Customer, ASC / DSC for the Issuance of Warranty Parts along with Complaint Number.
§ Achieve the FCF (First Call Fix) Ratio as per set target (10%).
§ To achieve the Call center training result score as per set target (90%).
§ Discipline & Behavior feedback must meet with target (100%). |
