Assisting Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) in Setting individual territory sales targets
Assisting Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) in achieving sales target through the sales team and business partners/dealer in the designated area
Keep an close eye on competitors strategies and plans proactively to deal with unfavorable situations
Assisting Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) in developing business plan – aligned with company’s business strategy.
Authorize monthly plans for reporting sales team members
Visit dealers & furniture market for follow up visits whenever it is necessary for making contact effective for business generation. Assisting Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) in resolving dealer issues whenever reported by sales team and ensure ever improving strong business relationship with dealers.
