Purpose
Manager operations will be assisting Director Operations to align & deliver overall operational solutions and keep track of various activities in department and be able to report this information to Director Operations or clients (if required)
We are targeting Mortgage and Solar Equipment Sales to US & AUS.
Principal Accountabilities
Provide leadership for the Operations team in the area of problem resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and coach and monitor daily performance of direct reports.
Assist in the establishment and maintenance of procedures to meet/exceed client performance guarantees.
Manage assigned workload efficiently while ensuring quality outcomes.
Create, develop, recommend and implement recognition and incentive programs to improve morale, performance and employee retention.
Recruit the best fit for campaign and train the resources accordingly to deliver best absolute services to the clients and the customers.
Maintain accurate statistical records for the purposes of performance management, analysis and reporting.
Monitor and review the performance of direct reports on a continuous basis. Address performance related concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Maintain guiding principles and adhere to Ovex’s code of conduct.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators
Ability to coach/train and develop the personnel.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, coaching, motivating and listening.
Ability to lead supervisors and 50-100 employees.
Competencies
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred in Mortgage business targeted to US & Australia
Ability to work evenings or US/AUS day time business hours and meet the demands operations.
