| Job Description: |
Mobilize various sourcing channels to acquire suitable applications
Design Job advertisement and laise with Add Agencies for print job post in newspapers
Develop and maintain Talent pool
Meet TAT for filling vacancies
CV searches & screening, candidates interviews and reference checks are to be ensured.
Coordinate with Educational / Technical institutes to recruit freshers
Strickly ensure ethical standard are followed through out recruitment process
Prepare weekly analysis reports on all recruitment related activities
Responsible for desiging proposals for 'Campus Recruitment' and participate in career fairs.
Assist HR Head for Employer Branding Activities
