·         Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients and travel agencies.

·         Supporting in providing desired product service and training.

·         Establish good relationship within the departments (Marketing, Procurement,helpdesk etc) for smooth workflow.

·         Responsible for hardware approval/replacement and updation on GAS

·         Responsible for the day to day communication with the clients.

·         Responsible for sales reports like MIDT/BIDT

·         Analyze and identify new Sales opportunities

·         Account management for the clients
