Job Description:

» Processing of leave application as per procedure and updating status in HRMS.

» Issuance to tickets for employees according to travel request form

» Updating Records of new joiner / proceeding on leave / exiting company.

» Ensuring implementation of controlled formats relevant to work jurisdiction.

» Keeping record of all tickets issue and preparing a monthly report on cost and volume

» Maintaining good liaison with Travel agencies.

» Professional approach to telephone answering, taking messages and maintaining a rapid response.

» Responsible for communicating clearly with staff, suppliers, visitors & customers visiting the office.

» Responsible for Monitoring Janitorial Staff.

» Responsible for Filling and follow-up of Bill Payments.

» Coordinating all courier receipts & dispatches, contacting couriers, completing the required paperwork and keeping records of all dispatches including receipts.

» Preparing HR Reports like (CV Data Base, Leave Records).

» HR ERP updation.

» Other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
