To identify the new markets/clients to increase sales

Inter city/ Up country Client site visits as & when required.

To ensure implementation of marketing plan & strategy from the Management time to time

Follow up with the production regarding the status of orders

To ensure sales forecasting is done and followed.

Keep strong follow ups with the clients queries & in coordination with Marketing team

Keep update relevant reports

Follow up/ Mature the Payment receiving payments from customers

Keep track of dispatches and payments.

Maintains clients ledger and keep update the management

Deals with the customers as a Management Representative of Company

Handling of customer complain and feedbacks with promptly updation to the management / concern officials

Visit the clients as & when required.

Adopt corrective measures for conflict resolution in coordination with Dept Head
