| Job Description: |
- Supervise the depot operational activities of his area for smooth business operation on daily basis through depot manger.
- Ensure good warehouses practices as per company standard SOP’s and also take preventive measures against unforeseen hazards through their depot manager.
- Ensure that Depot Managers are properly monitoring the cost & efficiency about the quality, quantity of the movement of stocks while making any inter depot transferring the required goods.
- Coordinate with concerned MSM / BDM regarding their principle issues and stocks related matters.
- Maintains operational standards at distribution office and in warehouse as per company’s SOP’s trough the depot logistics team.
- Maintains office records and timely submission of all the required reports to all the concerning authorities
- Update and modifies the warehouse catalog to reflect current descriptions.
- Operates with efficiency and economically in line with Company policies and procedures and with highest level personal integrity.
- Responsible for training his direct reports on day to day basis
- Conduct random audit of account books, company assets and inventory
