Job Tasks:
Analyse market competition; devise, initiate and adopt best possible sales measures to augement existing business volume.
Proactively manage the sales team at headquarters through regular reporting on sales performance and improve the overall profitability.
Arrange surgeries through rigorous follow up activity and scheduling consultations/assessments for the enhancement of business profitability.
Plan and participate in various sale sand marketing social activities through field sales teams to support monthly cash flow.
Following the highest Customer service standards to maintain market lead as a premier class company in the industry.
Greet clients and deliver relevant information to them with the purpose of securing their business and presenting the company in the best possible way.
Coordinate with sales force team as well as with technical staff including plastic surgeons regarding transplants being performed.
Progress reporting and analysis on a regular basis to be presented to the management.
Good presentation skills & convincing personality.
