The incumbent shall be responsible for the following;

• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Edbiz Consulting's website including all websites related to the company's products and affiliates.
• Keep all websites updated with the latest information and content by liaising with the business development unit.
• Generate edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) on all social media platforms by liaising with the business development unit.
• Craft site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
• Implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems and networks.
• Provide assistance to employees for hardware support, network and connectivity issues, unattended installation of software, windows operating systems and peripherals.
• Software (including operating system and applications) and hardware installation.
• Software, hardware and network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Computer networking.
• Create and maintain necessary technical documentation.
• Recommend and engineer new and user-friendly technologies to facilitate the employees.
