Requirements:

• Telemarketing, call center, sales or collection experience (At least 2 years)


• Ability to multi-task; listening skills and data entry


• Must be able to close sales and upsell


• Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and highly driven


• Competitive nature and coachable personality


• Excellent American/Canadian accent


• Excellent English communication skills & phone etiquette


• Positive attitude and ability to work with peers
