| Job Description: |
We are a 24/7 Call Center with Live Chat Support services focusing on customer satisfaction. We are looking to hire 2 support agents with previous experience in Customer Services.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer Live Chat and email inquiries
- Handle phone calls if needed (from local clients)
- Work according to designated shift schedule
Most of our clients are based in US so we need someone with excellent English skills and availability in different shifts. We will pay Rs. 25,000 to 28,000 based on previous experience and skills. |
