| Job Description: |
- Achieve growth and hit sales /retail expansion targets by successfully managing the Sales Field Marketers’ (SFM) Team.
- Support in implementation of strategic business plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of SFM / Promoters.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales reports to the management.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Liaison with HR for recruiting and HR operations.
