| Job Description: |
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating international sales for our company. You will be responsible for sale deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.Answer questions about productsAsk questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the databaseHandle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
Requirements:·
- Excellent knowledge of English·

- Flexibility to work in night shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
