We are looking for IT Support officer for our Head office, in Johar Town, Lahore.

 Job Description:

·         Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

·         Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

·         Must be Familiar with Outlook email configuration, send/Receive issues and troubleshooting and webmail

·         Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

·         Providing technical support across the company

·         Setting up accounts for new users

·         Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

·         Willing to travel to nearby locations to provide support.

·         Any other tasks assigned by senior management.

 Skills:

Networking, IT, Windows, Printing Installations & MS Office

 Office Timings: 9AM-5PM (If you are a student, you will get relaxation in timings)
