| Job Description: |
- Analyze data received from the Survey Officers to lead to meaningful insights and decision making
- Design new analytical reports to gain sales insights
- Create a visit plan to lead to higher conversion and retention rates
- Coordinate with Quality in-Charge to maintain smooth working of call and planning activities of Research Center
- Design new reports to gain further insights into sales trends
- Monitor call integrity of Research Center
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure planned visits are beneficial and actionable
- Consolidate external market data received from survey officers
- Plan the visit plan for the sales team, looking into what leads and farmers will be most beneficial to visit in a certain week
