We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and customer-focused individual who has a proven track record in vendor acquisition and its management for an e-commerce platform.

The Vendor Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for total setting of the strategy for driving growth, building strong partnerships with vendors, adding new selections, managing and improving categories, optimizing pricing, and delivering a disruptive customer experience to our online platform. 

 The job involves identifying potential brand and product business opportunities, meeting potential suppliers and building direct relationships with them, negotiating contracts, terms & conditions, managing vendor setup and new item setup processes, working with suppliers to build comprehensive selection, setting prices, developing collaborative marketing and promotions, driving sales and margin improvements. 

The right candidate stays on top of industry and competitive trends, and is able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level to drive selection, sales, and margin growth.

In addition, the potential candidate must be an effective leader and communicator in working with our partners and vendors, as well as with all internal groups of our company. The ideal person should have a strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are musts.
