| Job Description: |
- Assist and develop monthly / quarterly / yearly Sales targets with Zonal Managers / Leads for effective and efficient execution of sales activities.
- Drive team performance by closely monitoring the region’s sales targets, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned targets
- Make regular visits to all the real estate agents & developers in the regions in order to ensure the product awareness, maximize market coverage and prospecting new clientele
- Assist in developing a long-term sustainable business by building strategic partnerships
- Monitor sales KPIs and keep up to date with the market trends for Central Region and discover new opportunities for growth
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Development of high performers for future leadership positions to ensure business continuity
- Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Liaison with different departments of the company in order to ensure the smooth working setup in the region.
