| Job Description: |
- Candidate should have knowledge as following, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP,IPV4,FTP,SSH, etc.
- Candidate must have experience of BPO industry including call, PBX server, Vici and firewalls.
- Candidate must be able to set upExchange and Proxy servers.
- Candidate should be able to troubleshoot, identify complex network and hardware issues.
- Candidate should have relevant experience in Window based desktop support, router & switches configuration and installation, troubleshooting skills.
- Candidate should be available to provide 'on-site' support to the clients.
- Candidate should be able to work third shift as per USA time zone.
