Job Description:

 You will be working for a National Minibus & Coach Transport Company based in the UK.

Full-time Position x 4

Main Duties:

  • To process bookings over phone, email or online live chat and input data accurately into System.
  • To respond to client enquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • To liaise with clients, colleagues & management, and always working for the best interest of the company.
  • To be punctual, reliable and responsible as per shift requirements.
  • To be organized, plan and execute your daily tasks as required per company/client policy.

Full time applicants only. Full Training given. Call Center experience prefered but not essential. A good attitude to work, enthusiasm and energetic people required. Can offer an attractive package to the right candidates.
