You will also be responsible for the following:

Provide help to Product Owner/Management in Quarter/Sprint Target Setting

Productivity and Timeliness

Set realistic timetables to keep Sprint/Qtr tasks on target

Make effective use of all available resources when given a job

Documentation

Plan and implement SOP's for documentation

Make documentation core part of each sprint for both future and legacy updates

Qualification & Experience

1. BS. Engineering or above or equivalent experience
2. 8-10 years of working experience, min 2 years working on similar capacity
3. Advanced knowledge and experience in PHP backend development and OOP
4. Passion for “clean code” and quality standards, like SOLID principles and design patterns
5. Very good knowledge of frameworks like Laravel and Codeigniter
6. Very good knowledge in working with MVC frameworks, like Symfony
