Responsibilities:

• Potential Unit Managers are responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members.


• He sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.


• He has to ensure that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it.


• Constant monitoring by the manager helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.

Should know about team strategies, working with remote teams, using technology, workplace diversity and management styles.Their roles can be long term or project based, depending on the duration of a particular assignment.

• Meet goals and metrics


• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately


• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation


• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities


• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs


• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
